Building Systems Solutions is a Twin Cities-based company that provides sound masking and paging systems for corporate and industrial customers. We design, install and program sound masking and paging systems as well as intelligible employee warning systems and paging systems for industrial and manufacturing facilities. We also offer voice over IP paging and supervised employee warning systems over company networks.

We are a regional distributor of Soft dB Sound Masking Systems (we are their fourth largest distributor in the world) we also supply Bosch sound systems, including their Praesideo Line.

Joe Perzel is President and owner of JPerzel & Associates. Joe has a 13 year background in the staffing and sales industry, with previous sales and management positions at staffing companies Associated Business Consultants (ABCI), Sintaurus and eNRGi. Prior to working with Staffing, Joe held IT management positions starting in 1979 at Cargill, International Multifoods and MN Workers Compensation Insurers Association

These bookkeepers and CFOs are available to provide everything from basic bookkeeping to long-range strategic planning. By providing emergency, urgency and ongoing financial management and support, Owl helps business owners who don't have the time, experience or desire to manage the day-to-day financial details of their business and who would prefer, instead, to focus their energy on growing the business. With 30 years of experience including the roles of CFO, VP Finance, and Controller, as well as being involved with and heading up Operations, Marlyn brings a broad range of expertise in financial and business management to an organization. He recognizes the importance of timely financial reports providing business owners and managers the information they need to make good business decisions, and assists them in developing and analyzing key financial and operating metrics, budgets and forecasts to effectively plan and measure performance of the business. Based on Marlyn's diverse experience, he is able to analyze all aspects of a business to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.

Marlyn received a BS in Accounting from the University of South Dakota. He began his career with a Big-Eight public accounting firm and he maintains an active Minnesota CPA license. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of CPAs and Financial Executives International, and has been active in his church and community organizations holding several leadership and committee member positions.
